Portfolio WorkApps and SCC: Add new tab to all Projects after adding new template to projects

I added a new template to my template set and then used the "Add New Templates" option in SCC to manually add that sheet to each of my projects. When this happens, and when I update the master WorkApp that is associated with the BluePrint, that asset should automatically be added to all projects across the portfolio WorkApp.
