Working with other smartsheet licenses

When we have built a smartsheet workspace, and transfer this to another license holder, how do we share that workspace after we've transferred it, so we can work in it directly?

Ie, can we be working and updating a workspace in another license, without having our client pay for us to have a license in their system?

When you transfer the Workspace, you'll still have Admin access to it, so you should be able to continue updating it.
