Calculating percentages in REPORTS

Is it possible to calculate percentages in reports thats pulling data from sheet summaries? E.g. below is data from 2 sheets and I would like to calculate the turnover %.

Alternatively, could you use the data from a report to work out the percentages on a dashboard?

I don't think you can quickly do a summary calculation for percentages based off summary. What I usually do in this situation, is created a helper column/cell in each sheet which I can then cross sheet reference into a new sheet and do calculations that way. It would be nice if we could cross sheet reference summary values without having to input the sheet summary formula in the sheet itself.

Alternatively, you can try doing something on your dashboard like a pie chart, which will actually give you percentages based of the sheet summary report alone
