Fields subject to conditional logic display anyway

Hi,

I created a form using conditional logic. In essence, only 3 fields are displayed by default, the conditional logic is applied on the request type. all other fields are displayed based on the value of this fields.

it seems to work fine when I open the form directly, but when opening the form from the smartsheet to add a task, it displays all the fields, regardless of the logic I have set and the order I have configured.

any ideas?

The logic only works in the Form, but all fields in the sheet will be shown.
