Control Center Project Archiving - Update Project Profile Data

I am building out a Archive in control center to archive projects once they are complete. As a part of the process, I want to update the Project Profile data to update a sheet showing that the project is Archived. I have added a column to the intake sheet and the Summary sheet. In the Archive workflow, I see Update Project Profile Data, but I do not see those columns in the dropdown. What sheet needs to have the Project Archived field to be updated through the Update Profile Data filed in the Archive tool of Control Center.

    Hi Randall,

    Assuming you got a "Status" profile data to present your project status as below example. The Status has "Complete" value.

    and you want to change the Status to "Archived" value with the Archive tool of Control Center. You can do that as below screenshot

    When you run Archive tool, the Status of two top screenshots will change from "Complete" to "Archived".
