Allow Control Center Advance to create multiple portfolio level WorkApps

We have recently begun using Control Center Advance, with the WorkApp feature. It's great so far at the project-level, but it rolls everything up into one portfolio level Workapp. This is undesirable because we different blue prints for different groups, teams, or divisons that shouldn't all roll up together. There are different reporting structures, different KPIs, and different subject matter. For example, our R&D lab has no interest in seeing projects completed by our Construction Management teams, and vice versa. But at present, Smartsheet Support has told us there is no way to roll each group's portfolio up to their own portfolio level WorkApp.

It would also be great to have the ability to toggle the Workapp on or off for the project level, as not every project needs one.

love this idea, this would be very helpful and beneficial. You can only take roles so far.
