I would greatly benefit from a more usable hybrid project management option within Smartsheet. Many projects I run have high level timelines but lower level Agile components that can shift around dramatically before a phase of the project is complete. Management and external stakeholders only need to see the major milestones. Internal stakeholders and project team members need the more detailed tasks that they are working on to be traceable. I have set up hybrid project templates that work with some degree of functionality, however, they are cumbersome and require tedious management of all the components.
