How do I check resource utilization?

Hi,

I'm very new to smartsheet and I'm pretty sure this is a very basic question, but I'm struggling a bit with getting up to speed on how this all works.

All I'm looking to do is check, for a given week, how many hours have been assigned to a particular person, so that I can check if they have been over booked.

It needs to be able to pull from all projects that have tasks assigned to this person, and it needs to be able to pull data for any particular week that I am interested in.

Hi Woodduck,

With properly setup project sheets for resource management feature, you are able to see the Project Resource View as below screenshots.

Smartsheet also offers a seperately premium application called Resource Management. This is a very strong app with many features for labor cost, human resource, schedule management. Look at this Youtube link for more information https://youtu.be/duCfQPbHxFY.
