Simple automated workflow has stopped working
I have a simple workflow that records a date when "Ring the Bell!" is changed. It has worked flawlessly for months but has now stopped working. The "Record a date" triggers another workflow sending this row to a new sheet, so not working is a big problem.

I have had this issue before and I ended up just setting it as a scheduled automation and setting some conditions. If you just need the day this works well. If you need it to be real-time, have you tried to delete it and build it again?

Try duplicating it and deactivating the first.

I tried copying the row, pasting it at the bottom of the sheet and deleting the original. It still doesn't work.
I have no desire to set up a scheduled automation for something that should work.
Any other ideas?
This row comes from a workflow in another sheet. I may try filling out a row in the source sheet with the same info and see if the new row works.

Sorry! I meant the Workflow. Duplicate it, deactivate the original, and test if that makes it work.

Hiya! Just jumping in here as I'd like to clarify something.
@Tyant you mentioned that you "copied" the new row down, which would + add a new row. However your trigger is only set to run the workflow when the cell changes, not when it's first added.
Are you copying the row, saving the sheet, then changing the value? Or are you looking for the workflow to run if the "Ring the bell" column has content, either when it's first added or when it's been changed?

Same issue. Simple automation when status changed to "Complete" update % to 100. Was working, now doesn't. Deleted and recreated - still doesn't work. So frustrating that something so simple doesn't work.
