Building an OKR sheet

I am putting together a sheet of objectives and key results for my job. I am looking to keep the sheet clean, sleek, and straight forward where I list the objective and the key results for each listed below. I am looking for a way to possibly click on each key result that leads to another sheet, or form or document that goes into much detail. Here is a screenshot of what I am working on:
Example of what I am talking about.....if you wanted more information about a line listed under any of these objectives, I would like an intuitive way to make that happen. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your time and assistance.

You can put the additional info in extra columns and hide the columns (lock whatever you don't want edited). Then a user can click on the three little dots to the left of the row and click on "Edit", and it will open up the entire row in a vertical format and include the columns that are hidden.
