Grouping data

I am trying to group some data in my report, but have an error message that I need to upgrade. I am a pro licensed user and when I click on the upgrade button, my option is to upgrade from Pro to Pro. I don't get it. Any ideas?

Grouping in Reports is only available to Business or Enterprise plans, here's more information:

If you're looking to summarize data, you could use cross-sheet formulas (e.g. COUNTIFS or SUMIFS) in a separate "metrics" sheet. Let us know if you need help with those!
