Template editing

I'm looking for confirmation of the editing of a template I'm using from the S.S. files.

Do I have to save a Template as "New" every time a change is made to the Template?

For example: adding a new contact in a drop-down list in a column.

Or is there a way to edit and save as the same template, but protect it from others making changes to the template? Ownership or password protected.

That's correct! You'd have a template sheet that you'd update and replace the template with.
