Receiving Attachments VIA Email

Can attachments be automatically added to the row through a return Automated Notification Email?

If you have selected specific fields to send in your message, you should be able to select "Attachments".

If you selected "All fields" then it should be there automatically.

I have several "Request an Update" email automations set up, that require Executive Approval. I have provided a comments section, but sometimes they have additional documents that need to be added to the row in the attachment section. They approve from the email and not directly on the sheet. Is there a way to for the Executive to add the documents to the email and they be automatically attached to the row? I hope that makes sense.

Is that to send an attachment to a recipient? Can they send a new document back to attach to the sheet through this email?

They wouldn't attach it to the email. They would click the button to fill out the update request as usual and there will be a field there for them to attach whatever they need.
