Rows moves up or down in same sheet

Hi,

Is there any way to move rows up or down with specific column value ,

I have a SS with diffrent tasks lists. Some of them are compeleted task some of are pending and some cancelled , i want to all competed together and same for others.

Have you tried sorting the sheet?

Another option would be a grouped row report.

I have bundle of tasks under each Country in a single sheet by using intend and outdent. I want each country completed tasks automatically move up with a cell value change , is it possible ?

This currently is not possible within a Sheet, however Paul is correct! Another option would be to use a Report, Group the Report by Country, then you can apply a Sort in the Report where the rows beneath each Grouping automatically adjust to be in a certain order.
