Help!: New dashboard errors for only some users on some charts

A dashboard that was functioning for all, but still under development suddenly began displaying "Unable to display chart" but only for some users and some charts. The charts that are erroring pull from the same sheets as charts that are displaying just fine. I have opened a support ticket with Smartsheets.

Are the charts created directly from the sheet(s), or are they created from a report?
