Is it possible to edit text in a dialog box without affecting all the text?

An example would be to bold, strike through or underline parts of the text without affecting the entire sentence or paragraph.

Unfortunately at this moment, I believe there is no option to format a text in the dialog box. It can only be added as plain text.
