Two companies on one smartsheet. How to divide?

Hello,

I use smartsheet for several 4-5 years right now. During this time I set up two companies which scaled well. I have 2 issues:

1. I would like to move several smartsheet to another accoun or i would like to have two seperate invoices for choosen users. How to do it?
2. Is it possible to change my smartsheet type to EU (Im based in EU)?

If you purchase a separate plan to have separate invoices, you can transfer over all the items owned by one user from Plan A to a new user in Plan B by following the steps in this Help Article: Transfer multiple items to a single owner 

The EU instance of Smartsheet is a completely separate instance which means that you cannot transfer items from the general Smartsheet application to the EU version. If you purchase the EU version as your second account type, you'll need to export data and import that information to create new sheets.

Can I also transfer users to another (Plan B) or do I have to delete all the users and than create New with the same emails?

You'll need to first remove those emails/accounts from Plan A (transferring their owned items to someone in Plan A), then you can invite them to Plan B.
