Control Center access

Hi.. can anyone tell me why I can't access control center. I've just purchased the pro plan.. but it keeps saying "You do not have access to any Control Center Programs.

Contact a Control Center Program Lead in your organization to obtain access."

I'm the only user..

Control Center is a Premium Add-on that needs to be acquired separately. It's not included in any plan.
