Transferring ownership on workspace

Hello

I recently transferred ownership to a workspace to someone else. While the workspace list him as the new owner, the items in that workspace (sheets, reports, dashboards, etc.) still have me as the owner. Do I have to transfer each item within the workspace or is there an easier way?

Now that you've transferred just the workspace (but not its assets), you can either transfer the individual items or request ownership back and then re-transfer with the assets. Here's the help page that tells how to transfer a workspace: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/506692-transfer-ownership-of-a-workspace. Under "Transfer ownership of workspaces you own," see the tip under #3:

3.. In the form, select the current sharing permission level of the recipient and select Make Owner from the list.

Tip: Check the checkbox next to Give them ownership of your items in the workspace as well to transfer items you own in the workspace in addition to transferring the workspace itself.
