Columns lost on Email Notification



I have received reports from a team that entries on a form were no longer visible once it is shared to them via the automated workflow's email notification; although, the email notification was set to show all columns (or fields):

What is seen on the email notification is a linked to the concerned Smartsheet.

Were there any major changes on the email notification?

Or what is the workaround to show information filled in for the fields?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Can you share a screen capture of the underling sheet with example data, and a screen capture of how the automation shows? (But please block out sensitive data!)

    Can you also clarify what type of action you're taking in the workflow (Alert vs. Update Request)?

    Update Requests and Approval Requests have a limited number of fields (up to 15) showing in the email because they include a form to open up the row(s) and see all of them that way, instead. Here's more information: Improved update and approval request emails now generally available
