Please remove arbitrary limits...

Here is my Smartsheet frustration of the day. Yet another capricious limit:

Why do these limits exist? Can there just be a confirmation box rather than a barrier?

Hi @mdemul Totally get your frustration. Something even we have been struggling with. My suggestion, send this as an idea/feedback request to Smartsheet for them to add as a feature.

As Excel doesn't have this limitation, neither should Smartsheet. Please allow a confirmation dialog to override. When importing from Excel, I'm left deleting five columns at a time for 5, 10, 15 minutes.
