We need the profile ownership to be moved from a email address XXX, This email is not used and is no longer active. We don’t have access to email anymore and are unable to log in to our profile using the email address as need to reset the password and without access to the email we are unable to reset the password. Could you kindly move the ownership to this email address XXX, This is our generic email address for the organization which will not be deactivated in the future even if the employee leaves the organization.

If you're on a Business or Enterprise plan and you're looking to change the email address associated with a Smartsheet account, you can get the System Admin for your plan to do this in the Admin Center. Here are the steps to follow: Admin Center: Add, edit, or deactivate users
If you're looking to change the finance contact for your account, you can do this through the form on the Contact Finance page, here: https://help.smartsheet.com/finance-support
Otherwise, I would recommend getting in contact with your IT team to gain access to the email address/account and then you can change any details from within the account. See:
