Dynamic View Function

Hello-

Can you assist me on this dynamic view?

On the right side "Data Center Number", there's a drop down of numbers, about 15 numbers, but I only want 111 and 112 appear on the dropdown.

There are 20 associates using their own view and have their own Data Center Number. I wanted to show only the numbers they belong to not all numbers for all associates.

Note: I'm not using a Form. This is just a sheet with Dynamic view
