How do you currently track this information? It may be possible to build a similar solution in Smartsheet if you provided more details about your current process and how you want to improve it.

This is really easy to do with most of the input being from a Smartsheet Form from each of the drivers/users. They can each have their own version of the form now, since the last update. Why not include a photocopy of the Receipt, Speedo, damage etc.
One client of ours uses this to send in vehicle defect reports to HQ. Why would you use anything else?
