Unable to add emails from ListServ to Smart Sheet using Outlook add-in

I am new to Smart Sheets and have the Outlook add-in installed. I can add standard emails/attachments to Smart Sheets via Outlook. However, I cannot add emails that arrive in Outlook from our email listserv (Sympa). Has anyone else encountered this?

I believe you're correct - please submit your feature request to the Product team by creating an Idea Post in the Smartsheet Product Feedback and Ideas topic here in the Community. This will allow other users to vote on your enhancement idea!
