Display custom text based on field answers in a form

Hi there,

Is it possible to display a custom 'breadcrumb' of text based on the answers given in a form?

I've put together an illustration of what i'm looking for, but not sure if i'm able to dynamically change the data in the 'filepath'.

Hiya,

I'd probably be looking at around 80 variations of 'Sport' with dynamic results for 'Outlet', then 'Weekly or Seasonal' and then a custom field. Lots of variations, so would probably need a [sport]_[outlet]_[week]_[custom] type of thing...
