Can I Generate a DocuSign document that is ALSO mapped via a template?

Hello - I need to send a form to a number of people. I'd like to have them complete the form, and upon submission, automatically receive a DocuSign requesting their signature. For the DocuSign they receive, I'd like it to include their specific responses. I can set up the mapping, but it appears to only give me the option to "map to a fillable PDF" or "e-Sign." If this is not an option, then does anyone suggest any other options? As of now, I'm able to generate a document with the mapping which auto-attaches to the row in SmartSheet. I'm also able to generate a DocuSign that sends them the PDF, unmapped, requesting their signature. I'm trying to combine the two into 1!

Yes you can do this! 🙂

You'll need to set up the mapping to a DocuSign template (the e-Sign option) before creating the workflow in Smartsheet to generate a document based on row information.
