I have added unlicensed users but I cannot add them / share sheets or workspaces to them.

How do I add unlicensed collaborators to workspaces and sheets? None of the users show up in the list of collaborators to invite them. I have also added them to a group and the group also does not show up.

@bdelin, I believe they need to have a smartsheet account. You should be able to share via email address though.

They all have smartsheet accounts, just unlicensed. I was hoping to have them with smartsheet accounts so i could add them as an unlicensed user.
