@ulrik Huh? Please provide screenshots and more context...
There are 2 reasons why you may see something different than your default. Either this is a shared sheet and the logo belongs to the owner of the sheet. Or, you created a sheet in a shared workspace that has a set format for all sheets in that workspace.
