Is there a way that when you integrate the Smartsheet with Outlook keeps confidentiality of the email content? For example, if I only want to update a task related to that email, can I select only that? Or Smartsheet will have access to my emails content?

Hey @Nandafc

You can do a number of different things with the Outlook add-in. One of them is to add emails as attachment to rows (so the content is stored in Smartsheet), but another, separate action you can do is to simply update a row while you're working in Outlook.

This means you can open up a sheet and change a Task Status without attaching the email to the row. See the tab that says "Open existing sheets from Outlook" on this Help Article:
