Has anyone else experience this error message while creating instructions for clients within Forms?

That's a generic error message so there are many possible causes and it's difficult to identify what's going on from this image. I would recommend working with Smartsheet Support in a private channel to troubleshoot this!

They will likely need a lot of information to dig behind the scenes. Please provide them with the following information and troubleshooting steps:

• Does this happen on other sheets or just one sheet
• URL of the sheet with the form
• If you create a COPY of the sheet with Save as New, does it work?
• The date/time that this issue started happening for you
• Your browser types & versions, and what browsers you've tested
• If you've tested other networks & your network speed
• If possible, a screen recording of the steps you are taking to then see this error
