Workflow automation to copy a row and 2 way linking

I manage a PMO office, and we have a Mutiple location that will have separate projects

I have a project intake sheet that i want to track all of my site's projects (and not give access to the site level) so i created a workflow to copy the project intake to a site-specific intake sheet so they can track, link projects to a site portfolio ect.

When i copy from my Main PMO sheet i can update here and the site project line updates is there a way to have it work in reverse so if a site updates a project the Main PMO intake sheet updates?
