Recurring Custom Notifications

Hello, I am attempting to create recurring notifications for projects. I am running into issues due to the different reporting requirements (some are monthly, some quarterly) for when updates are required. Also, the starting reference date for each will be different, so ideally I would want to use a formula that is repeatable every 30 or 90 days, based on the individual project cadence.

Any ideas to hopefully limit columns to the "Starting Date" and "Reporting Due Date"? I am stuck on how to proceed here, any help is greatly appreciated!
