Control Center cannot provision projects in WorkApp

I get this message when I try to provision projects in SCC. Any help is appreciated.

The WorkApp could not be created because the required template is not found in your source folder.

Did it only happen yesterday and how many times did you see it? My company also saw that message yesterday (10/2/23) on 1 SCC run. We deleted that project and reran it again with no issues. I think / hope it was just a momentary blip in the system and we both just happen to have ran a project through at that exact moment. Cue the Twilight Zone music.

LOL! I tried several times and deleted the project each time. Tried again this morning and still happening. Time to call support.

I found a way around it. Looks like a defect. I changed all the metrics to come from sheet rows instead of sheet summary and it took care of the error. The challenge is I had to create the same rows/values/calcs in the MetaData sheet and point the metrics widgets there which is a lot of duplicate efforts.
