Can't Edit Sheet Summary?

Another person on my team has created a sheet using a template that I've made and when I try to edit the Sheet Summary, it won't let me. I have a paid/licensed Business account and I have been shared as an admin for the sheet. Why can't I edit the Sheet Summary?

Have the fields been locked? Any Admin, licensed or not, should be able to edit those fields.

No they haven't been locked :/

Are you trying to edit the field properties, or the data within the field?
Can you provide a screenshot?

I'm having an issue with this as well, we are wanting to edit the data within the field and we have to select "Edit..." to make adjustments
