Trying to get external user to collab on smartsheet but they are getting a popup for a trial license

We have used Smartsheets with other external users without any problem.

In this case, we have one specific customer (multiple contacts) that get this screen when we share a workbook.

If they don't have an account, they will be signed up for a trial, but they can continue using it as a free user.
