Working with Calendar Days instead of Work Days

For some of the project sheets that I use, I want to have calendar days instead of work days (Mon-Fri). Firstly, is there a way to update my account settings to have this be the standard for my account? Secondly, what would be the way to go about this on each project?

You can use elapsed days in your durations to make it ignore the working/non-working days piece by using "e" in front of the duration. This does not work for lag or lead time though.
