Updating Year

So I am creating my project plan for 2024 based on my final project plan for 2023 in SS.

For the most part, all I need to do is change the start and end dates to reflect 2024 as the tasks are the same as will be the start and end dates but for the year being 2024.

Is there a way to do change the year across all the tasks?

Hi @DieHard Jets,

I do a Ctrl+F to bring up the Find & Replace panel.

I then search for */23 and replace with */24 as pictured below.

One more question, some of the dates show as May 2, 2023 and now I want to replace "2023" with 2024. I can't seem to figure out how to do that with the "F" function. Keeps saying no matches

Glad that worked for you.

For the dates listed as 2023 instead of just 23:

Ctrl+F to bring up the search window.

Then search for *2023 and replace with 2024.
