I can not "indent" or make a child row

I am not sure if there is a set up in my task list that preventing the ability to create child row. THe indent is greyed out

Hello @rachmavis

Any chance the column you are trying to create parent/child relationship is not the primary column of your work sheet? Smartsheet restricts parent/child indenting of rows for all other columns except the primary column.

Great! I did not know that! I will change the column back. I created a report and the primary column did not appear as an option - I thought that was because it was the primary column...thank you so much!
