resizing/customizing the insight widgets

It really is a huge value to be able to take any one graphical display in work insight and pop it out to resize so you can see the full graph (eliminate need to scroll to look across the entire x axis) and maybe even the full length of variable/label names (if long).
And also helpful to be able to edit the layout of the popout to adjust x and y axis labels and individual values running along an axis (e.g in the case where values are too long to see along x axis in the default view of insights)
