Sharing Important Information with Others via Workflow

When I complete a task I have workflows that alert others in my organization and share necessary information via email. One of those things is a list of quiz questions and answers needed for an LMS.

I'm using the comments to enter the questions and answers because the layout is easy to follow. I then have it pull the {{Latest Comment}} into the workflow email. My problem is that when using this, it pulls the questions and answers perfect but there is a text limitation so it cuts off the email.

I've also tried using the "Links to sheet and specific fields" option and that pulls all of the information but it all runs together like a paragraph (see images attached).

Anyone have any ideas on how I can solve for this problem? Thank you so much in advance.

@Jessica Krueger There is a 350-character limit on Latest Comment columns, unfortunately. Here is a feature request you can upvote to ask Smartsheet to increase this limit. https://community.smartsheet.com/discussion/106019/increase-the-latest-comment-column-character-limit

That's not helpful for your current situation though. Is it ok to share the full conversation history for that row with your recipient? If so, you could send an update request instead. If you include comments, they can click the dropdown to see the full conversation for that row.
