Error When Provisioning a Project in Smartsheet

This is the error I receive when provisioning this project in Smartsheet.

Things to note:

1) Customer Name and the Account Dashboard Name Match

2) I recreated the Account Dashboard as the old one was archived + added the new link to the 'Intake Sheet' for the project.

Any ideas on the reasoning behind this error and a solution to fix? Usually if the 'Account Workspace' is not available, Control Center let's you know on the screen before you provision a project. Control Center waited until the end of attempting to provision the project to give the error.

    My first thought here is that this can happen if you have an older version of a parent project that was deleted. You may want to look in your Control Center dashboard for the parent project - if you find something that doesn't open in Smartsheet, you'll need to delete that row in Control Center.

    If this isn't the problem, please work with Smartsheet Support through a private channel where you can share screen recordings and provide more details.
