Assign Attachment to Different/Additional Row

(1) Sometimes an attachment is accidentally assigned to an incorrect row. It would be so nice to be able to move the attachment to the proper row without needing to (a) delete it from the incorrect row, then (b) upload to the correct row. Having a drag/drop function or "right-click, move to xyz" function would be beneficial.

(2) Sometimes an attachment should be assigned to multiple rows. Having the ability to "right-click, copy to xyz" would be beneficial.
