Error when running a Data Shuttle workflow

I have a workflow synced to a Box document. Even though I've logged into Box and granted access through the Data Shuttle workflow, I keep getting an error message every time the workflow runs. The one time it says "Completed" isn't accurate - the run didn't actually complete.
The sheet only has 73,000 cells (2,150 rows, 34 columns). I'm not seeing any errors in the mapping or workflow.
What's going on with it?

Is it still erroring? I ask because we saw a bunch of Data Shuttle errors yesterday (10/16) too that have resolved on their own. I think there must have been an outage or problem with the backend. If not resolved I'd open a support ticket.

I did start a support ticket - I got a response this morning and replied that I tried their suggested solutions and it still wasn't working but haven't heard a response from Smartsheet.
