Workflow stops working

I changed some columns and structure of my smartsheet, now all of my workflows are not working because of these changes. Will I need to create them again or is there another way to fix the workflow? I tried activating and deactivating it, duplicating it and removing the old one.

Try opening it up to edit it.

I tried that, I made changes again but didn't work. I will try to make the workflows again see if it works

Are there any clues as to why such as red text somewhere or a field that keeps getting changed or removed when you first open the broken workflow?
