Onboarding Template Questions - HR

Hello! Has anyone used the Onboarding Template for New Hires in Smart Sheet. We are trying to figure out the easiest way to duplicate the sheet for new hires and have them all roll in to one dashboard. We noticed another user commented that using the Project Template worked for him for onboarding new hires. How are you using the Onboarding template?

I would make a new workspace where this all will live. Then take the reports and redirect them to the whole workspace.

This way any new sheets added to this new workspace will show up on the dashboard.
