Collecting Data without using a Form

I would like to allow others to access their subset of individual rows, and fill in the questions/columns within the sheet. Can i send them their rows, where they access the smartsheet and answer the questions, similar to send a spreadsheet? I want to avoid sending a Form for each row.

There are a few options. You could send an update request and include only the columns you want, use a report filtered to only the information they need (which will update the underlying sheet), or use dynamic view for complete control over what they can see and edit, without having to give them access to the underlying sheet.
