Can you please direct me where I can fin the IC Sales Account Plan Template?

There isn't a template in Smartsheet that is exactly like that one. Smartsheet made a bunch of these old excel/word templates 5+ years ago, but not all of them made it in the template gallery. If you go to the template gallery in the bottom left of your screen there is a hyperlink that says "find older templates" search for the word "sales" there are a bunch of templates there but not one that perfectly matches that excel file.

Just so you know, that is real sad way to run a company. Advertise something as available on the web, and bait someone to try your products and then you do not even offer what was used to make a customer sign up for the project.

What a great way to lose customers because you have wasted our time.
