Follow up automation
I have an automation set up that is requesting an update. If the update isn't filled out, is it possible to send a reminder email? how can that be setup?

Depending on the information in the update request, you can configure the trigger or have the trigger based on modified date. Note that you can't use the system generated Modified Date column in the workflow, you should add a helper column with the DATEONLY function to capture the modified date alone, without the time and use that field to run the reminder update request workflow (e.g. 5 days after the modified date only field). Be sure to use conditions to avoid sending the reminder when the response has indeed been added.
