Workflow Automation Copy row to multiple people not working

I have an automation that states when a box is cheked, send Team Members who are selected from an another column a message then a copy of the row.

How, it is only sending a copy of the row to the first person in the automation.It stops there. It will not send to the others..

Here if Rachel and Patrick are selected, only rachel will recieve a copy.
